How can my input make a difference?

We invited everyone to consider the proposed regulatory amendments and share feedback.

The input received will help develop and refine the proposed regulatory amendments and WMMP process and guideline requirements, which are important for the continued conservation of wildlife in the NWT.

Where can I find results?

Our public comment period closed June 30, 2018.  ENR will continue to develop and refine the proposed regulatory amendments based on the feedback received with the assistance of a Wildlife Act Working Group and Stakeholders Wildlife Act Advisory Group. Additionally, each renewable resources board must formally approve the final regulations before they are enacted, as per land claim agreements.
