Submitting Data to WMIS
The information you collect is an important contribution to the knowledge base for wildlife management.
Complete the 3-step process for submitting your data to WMIS:

Select an appropriate WMIS loadform.

Enter the collected data into the appropriate WMIS loadform. Information on how to submit data using the WMIS bulk data loadform is found here. |

Submit your completed WMIS loadforms, via email, to the WMIS team.

WMIS is designed to capture and report data all on all species, regardless of their conservation status. Please submit all your wildlife, insect and plant observations, regardless of how abundant or common the species is. Note: if your survey is unique and does not fit one the available loadforms, please contact the WMIS team for the appropriate load form.

WMIS can store images and documents along with data. Feel free to submit, via email, any images or reports that resulted from the collection of the data for storage in WMIS. The details, context, and results a report or image provides can enhance the data collected. Please note that this is not mandatory when submitting your data to WMIS.
