If you are flying in Muskox Management Area S/MX/01 and Caribou (R/BC/01) Management Areas, you must wait 12 hours after landing before hunting. If you are flying within the Outfitter Areas in the Mackenzie Mountains, you must wait 12 hours after landing before hunting any big game. This is to prevent aircraft from giving hunters more than a sporting chance. It does not stop licenced outfitters from making preparations for the hunt.
