Our Wildlife

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is responsible for the stewardship of wildlife resources through the collection of baseline information; assessing and monitoring the status of wildlife; wildlife habitat; species at risk; wildlife health; assessing impacts on wildlife from human activities; and, regulating wildlife protection and use.
