Hazardous Materials Spill Database
The Environment Division maintains a database of hazardous material spills reported to the Northwest Territories 24 Hour Spill Report Line. Each reported spill is assigned a unique number that identifies the year the spill occurred, followed by a sequential number. If you need to report a spill call (867) 920-8130. Collect calls are accepted.

-Click here to create a NEW ACCOUNT. Once your account is created, contact the Environment Division office to have it activated.
-Please contact Mrs. Lisette Self at (867) 873-7654 or via email at Lisette_Self@gov.nt.ca. Collect calls will be accepted. The account will be used to monitor how many reports are produced by clients. Each user will be assigned a unique user account number.
